Katy Wright established herself as a freelance writer after ten years of working as a journalist and producer at the BBC, where she had the pleasure of creating content for BBC Radio 4’s Food Programme, as well as numerous other national and local radio programmes. Having also taught yoga for several years, Katy uses her professional blog, The Cat on the Mat, to explore the ways in which this ancient wisdom can be applied to business and online marketing.
