For the Salad Dressing:

In a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat, add the beef and cook until lightly brown while stirring regularly. Drain excess oil, season with salt and pepper and transfer the meat in a large bowl. Stir in the taco seasoning and mix until well combined.
In large serving bowl, add a layer of lettuce, half of the meat mixture, beans, tomatoes, onion, crushed tortilla, cheese and the remaining meat mixture.
In a separate mixing bowl, add all dressing ingredients and whisk until smooth and well combined. Drizzle half of the dressing on top of the salad and place the remaining dressing mixture on a sauce bowl.
