Chinese Cabbage Salad

⅓tbs
olive oil
2
carrots,grated
2tbs
sesame seeds
¼tsp
black pepper
1–3oz
pack of ramen noodles,crushed
1 ½tbs
rice vinegar
½tsp
salt
4cups
cabbage,shredded
½tsp
sesame oil
2tbs
white sugar

Steps

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan, be careful not to burn them.
  2. Using a large bowl, blend together the carrots, noodles and cabbage.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend together the rest of the ingredients well.
  4. Add the dressing to the cabbage bowl and mix well.
  5. Dust with sesame seeds and dish up.
