Eggy Toast with Ham and Feta

of bread for toast
4slices
of Feta cheese
2slices
of ham
1tsp
mustard
2pieces
egg
1/2cup
milk
Salt Pepper
honey for serving (optional)
oil for frying

Steps

  1. On a bread slice put feta cheese, ham, mustard and cover with a another bread slice.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk and salt to combine.
  3. Dip in toast with ham and feta for 2 minutes on each.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the toast 2-minutes, or until browned on both side.
  5. Cut diagonally and serve with honey.
