Preheat an oven to 350 °F. Place the corn kernels in food processor and pulse until a chunky. Set aside.
Cream the butter in a bowl with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy and stir in the masa harina and water. Beat further until smooth and well combined, add in the processed corn kernels and mix until well incorporated.
In a separate mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Add into the creamed mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a rimmed baking pan, smooth out the top using a spatula and cover with tin foil. Transfer the baking pan in a baking large baking dish and add with water to fill it halfway.
Bake it in the oven for about 50 to 60 minutes, or until set and cooked through. It is ready when a toothpick inserted on the thickest part comes out clean.
Remove from the oven, transfer to a wire rack and let it rest to cool completely before serving.
