medium-sized shrimps,peeled and deveined, split lengthwise or butterflied
Fleur de sel or Real sea salt,to taste

medium Serrano peppers,stem-removed and thinly sliced
small red onion,halved and thinly sliced

Place the shrimps in a bowl, season with salt and black pepper and chill for at least 2 hours.
In a food processor or blender, add the Serrano chillies, water and lime juice and pulse until thick and well combined. Season to taste with salt and black pepper and transfer into a medium nonreactive bowl.
Add in the shrimps, onions and cucumber and gently toss until evenly combined. Divide into serving bowls and serve immediately with avocado and tostadas.
